Abortion is a process of ending pregnancy intentionally either with surgery or with abortion pills. Mifepristone

Procedure of abortion pills
The procedure of taking an abortion pill kit is as follows –
Step 1 – Swallow one capsule of Mifepristone [ 200 mg] orally with water like you normally do and then take an interval of 24 to 48 hours.
Step 2 – After the mandatory break, take four tablets of Misoprostol tablets and put them two by two in each cheek pockets. Let the tablets sit in the mouth for at least 30 minutes. After they have dissolved for half hour, you swallow what’s remaining of them with water.
Post-abortion
You will experience heavy bleeding and cramping for at least 1-2 days after taking the pills. Once you have passed blood clots the bleeding will lessen. You may also experience other side effects such as – nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, diarrhea and weakness etc. You can take medication to manage side effects like these individually.
After the abortive procedure you have an ultrasound two weeks later to confirm if your abortion was completed successfully.
