No orders will be refunded or cancelled if the customer has opted for express shipping or overnight delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

1. Item Damaged During Delivery

If the product in question is damaged during the delivery process, the buyer will get a complete refund of the bill amount. The customer can opt to order a new product with no extra cost. In such cases, the customer will not be charged shipping costs.

2. Incomplete Delivery

In cases where the product does not reach the customer for unknown reasons, the customer would be viable for a complete refund.

3. Refund Due to Customer’s Valid Reason

If a customer gives a reasonable cause for refund, she/he will receive a refund. A document explaining the reason and the order number must be provided. The admin will verify if the reason is reasonable. Only then will the customer be eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellation Within 2 Hours

If a customer cancels their order within 2 hours of booking, a full refund will be provided.

Refund Amount Breakdown

1. Customers whose products were damaged in transit or not delivered are eligible for a full refund.

2. Customers with approved refund reasons or cancellations within 2 hours will receive 50% of the refund due to unavoidable shipping and payment gateway charges.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

1. Incorrect Shipping or Billing Address

No refund will be given if the product is returned due to incorrect shipping or billing details provided by the customer. A new order may be placed with correct details, but a new payment is required.

2. Non-Availability of the Purchaser

If the product is returned because nobody was available to receive it, no refund will be granted.

• Cancellation of an order is allowed only within 2 hours of placing it.

• If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
