My doctor recommended me to change my birth control, as my current method was causing me headache and mood swings. He told me to try taking Ovral pills so I started it a week ago. So far no headaches, so that’s good.

Ovral Ovral..... The name itself is still in my mind. Isn't the name very simple? Well the ovral pill is very safe and easy to use according to its name. I usually take the dosage of the pill because I frequently have sex with my partner and forget to use protection most of times.
