Circumstances where customer is viable for a refund –
1. Item damaged during delivery: If the product in question is damaged during the delivery process, they buyer will get a complete refund of the bill amount. The customer can opt to order a new product with no extra cost. In such cases, the customer will not be charged of shipping costs.
2. Incomplete delivery – In cases where the product does not reach the customer for unknown reasons, the customer would be viable for complete refund.
• Please note that the website will not hold any responsibility for an incomplete or late delivery due to any natural calamities. Therefore, no returns or refunds will be granted in such circumstances.
3. Customer’s reasons are viable – In case a customer gives a reasonable cause for refund, she/ he will receive a refund. The said customer will have to provide a document detailing his reasons to refund as well as his order number. Please note that the reason provided will be examined by the website admin to conclude whether it is reasonable. If its deemed viable for refund by the admin, then and only then will be the customer eligible for refund.
4. The customer cancels the order within 2 hours of booking –If a customer cancels their order within 2 hours of time when he/ she booked, full refund will be provided.
The amount of refund offered
1. Only customers whose products got damaged during the transit and those with incomplete delivery will be viable for a complete refund.
2. Customers who given viable reason for refund and those who cancel the order within 2 hours of booking will be given 50% of the refund. This is due to the shipping/ payment gateway charges that are not under control of the website.
Circumstances where the customer is not viable for refund –
1. Customer gives wrong shipping/ billing address – No refund will be considered in case the product is returned back due to correct shipping or billing address provided by the customer. However, customer can always book a new order to the correct address but, they will have to make a new payment.
2. Non-availability of the purchaser: If the product is returned to us due to non-availability of any one to receive it, refund will not be granted.
• Cancellation of order is only allowed within 2 hours from order.
• In case the order is already dispatched, it would not be cancelled.
